Been thinking on off. That it’d be fun to mount on the top of the water rocket. The balloon could be put in a cup made from the bottom part of a soda bottle and taped or glued to the top of the rocket. Then you could have target practice. Maybe put a tarp in the field or release a bunch of cats or something. Or perhaps put a bunch of army figures with parachutes and send them up in the rocket to fall out when the rocket noses over.
